I can't say enough about my stay at Atlanticview! Though I was only there for one short day, the experience left a lasting impression. The staff were all very professional and courteous. The front desk staff even helped me through the entire process of getting a lost laptop (in Nairobi airport) shipped to Dubai, and I could NOT have done this without them. The breakfast and dinner services were equally delicious, though I have to say the experience of eating breakfast in-suite made breakfast the winner. I hope to be back in Cape Town soon so I can stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic View. The best part of the Atlanticview, as its name suggests, is its location—the property features a stunning view of Camps Bay. The staff was always friendly and made us feel at home. Highlights included the included open wine bar each evening of our stay, as well as hot breakfast brought to our room. We found several good restaurants for dinner within a 10 minute driving radius. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend who wants a special visit to Cape Town.

In July, a few of my friends and I went to Cape Town and stayed at the Atlanticview in Camps Bay. We all had an incredible time. The hotel was in a beautiful spot and the sunsets over the infinity pool were truly stunning. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful, and the food was tasty and well-presented. Wine night was fun every night! I loved my stay at the Atlanticview!

Atlanticview is spectacular. The hotel is small and elegant, perched in the hills of Camps Bay, just minutes from downtown Cape Town. It's a perfect location to stay while exploring the city. Sandwiched between Table Mountain and the water, the hotel has a dramatic view of Table Mountain's reverse side. Gorgeous. The hotel itself, which is composed of two adjoining houses, is clean, refined, and homey. My room overlooked the Atlantic and opened straight onto a deck. It's hard to put a price on how relaxed that makes you feel - but after staying in a lot of different hotels, not having to get into a hallway and an elevator is so liberating. Finally, the staff were just great. I particularly loved Stephen and Marejka. Both were welcoming and just so fun! But I have to say that everyone at the hotel was a joy. They made me feel relaxed and welcome. And the chef had a mean ostrich burger! Order it rare with the truffle fries option if you want a treat to go with the wine and hoгrs d'oeuvres hour. I would certainly come back. What a great hotel.

    View. Staff.

Parking maybe a little limited if the hotel is full.

I visited the Atlanticview in Cape Town's winter - it couldn't have been more beautiful. Staying in a boutique hotel outside of the denser, busier downtown was so relaxing, and the unobstructed panorama up from the ocean across Lion's Head to Table Mountain was breathtaking. The sunset seemed to fill the whole sky with purples and reds before the sun sank into the sea. The food is delicious, and the communal breakfasts in the main living room area shouldn't be missed. The rotating schedule of wine from 7-9 (complementary!) was icing on the cake. Everything I wanted to see and do in the Cape Town area felt close and accessible. I will be staying here again!

Eye-popping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff. Short drive to the beach in Camps Bay and downtown Cape Town. Quiet residential neighborhood. Complementary happy hour from 7-9. Clean rooms and heavenly beds. Very conscious of their water use in the drought!

The Atlanticview Cape Town was the highlight of my visit to South Africa. Boasting beautiful panoramic views of both Table Mountain and Camps Bay, the Atlanticview is conveniently located near many major attractions, yet far enough from the city to feel relaxing, private, and secluded. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, the food is delicious, and the staff is so friendly, personable, and helpful — and don’t even get me started on their not one but TWO infinity pools. If you stay at the Atlanticview, you will not want to leave. When I visit Cape Town in the future, the Atlanticview will undoubtedly be my first choice for accommodation. Thank you, Atlanticview for an absolutely wonderful stay — you made leaving South Africa so much harder to do!

I stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time!! The views from the rooms are stunning, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. Don’t miss the free evening wine tastings—different wines every night, and you can have fun getting to know the other travelers staying there as well. THE place to stay while in Cape Town!!

Stunning views, a great location, and first rate service. I’d like to tip my hat especially to the chefs of the hotel, who prepared beautiful and delicious breakfasts each and every morning — a perfect way to start my day :)

The Atlanticview Hotel is simply spectacular. Well-located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short drive away from downtown Cape Town, Atlanticview is the perfect place for a quiet, comfortable vacation with easy access to the fun and bustle of Cape Town. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and luxurious. I had the pleasure of staying in the Pineapple Suite and loved receiving my to-order breakfast every morning in my room. The food was delicious, and the servers were kind and incredibly attentive. Perhaps the best part of it all, however, was the happy hour every night. Not only was it a great time to unwind with friends after a long day in Cape Town, it was a fantastic opportunity to meet other travelers staying in the hotel. I highly recommend you visit!

    Truly none!

What an incredible hotel! The intimate size of the hotel encourages guests to meet and mingle for free wine each night, but the real draw is not the chance to meet other guests, or even the free wine - it's the staff! They're all so friendly and incredibly helpful; you'll get to know each of them on a first-name basis during your stay. The facilities are also amazing! Each room is as gorgeous as it is comfortable, and the scene outside includes two lovely pools and an stunning view of Cape Town. On every level this is an amazing hotel!

No cons that I can think of. I had the best time here!

So beautiful, hospitable, and relaxing!! I stayed at the Atlanticview with a couple of my friends and we had a fantastic time. The staff is warm and gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see (and eat!) in Cape Town. It’s definitely on my list of places to stay again!

Wish I could have stayed longer!

I cannot speak highly enough of the AtlanticView. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff who, despite the late hour, sent us to our room in no time. The accommodations themselves were stunning. Our room in particular featured a beautiful view of table mountain and a bed that was to die for. The whole property features two pools and a lovely view of the ocean. Wherever you are in the property, you can easily find a staff member who’s willing to help. The staff really deserve special commendation. When we were tired and didn’t want to interact with anyone, their professionalism swept us away. When we were social and wanted to chat with the world, the staff members would share stories of their times in Cape Town and South Africa in general. One particular staff member spent a whole hour explaining the rules of rugby to us. Thank you, to the AtlanticView and to their incredible staff, for making our experience so special.

We went during the winter, which was supposedly off-peak season, but really just allowed us to visit all of the attractions near the hotel when things were not crowded!
